Strawberry Honey Cannabutter


Mise en place:

Enjoy 32 Servings Choose the ground strain that you prefer
The 4 Sticks Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter or 1 Pound
One cup Macerated Strawberries
½ cup Raw honey that is not medicated

Recommended Strains
Strawberry Haze (70 % Sativa, 30 % Indica) Tastes like strawberry and rose petals
Strawberry Cough (80% Indica, 20% Sativa) Strawberry with cream and sugar

Directions:

Decide on the amount you want to strain and then place your bud in a separate bowl. Turn the heat to the lowest setting and add butter in a pan. Add your cannabis ground strain after the butter has melted. Allow this mixture to infuse for an hour on the stove and stir it every now and then during that time. Be sure to remove the foam from the butter as it cooks.

Separate the cannabis butter from the crushed cannabis by putting it in a cheesecloth or fine mesh strainer. It will remove the solid milk from your cannabutter. Pour the clarified basic cannabutter in a glass container, ramekin, or any other container you choose and cool it for one hour. This time period will allow the cannabutter to solidify, and it will be ready for you.

Set the clarified basic cannabutter out to room temperature and let it soften. Pour the cannabutter into a large bowl, and then stir in both raw honey and macerated strawberry until well combined. Put your Strawberry Honey cannabutter in your chosen container and place it back in the refrigerator for 3 months, or the freezer for 9 months.

Product Yield 2 cups of 1 tablespoon per serving or 32 portions at 1 cup each
