Pillen said that the MCC, with the support of the PRO, DAS and other agencies as needed, is fully able to fulfill its obligations under the Patient Protection Act, Regulation Act, to reach its milestones on July 1, and October 1. He said that the MCC had already received operational funding, and due to DAS’s financial authority under the law it will be able to function effectively.
