The CEO of Minnesota’s Nothing But Hemp, however, is not selling it. Not online or at his eleven retail stores in two states which offer a comprehensive range of hemp-derived THC-derived products.
That’s because more and more states without regulated adult-use marijuana markets are passing laws that clarify THCA flower is exactly what most cannabis users would recognise it as: plain old “marijuana flower” and, thus, illegal.
