Edible Arrangements, the company that delivers cannabis products in America, is expanding their delivery services. They now offer shipping to 30 different states and deliver same day in many major cities.

Edible Brands is best known for their line of fruity arrangements. In May they launched their hemp delivery service. They initially limited the launch of cannabis drinks, supplements, and gummies to Texas as a test.

As of today, the site Edibles.com offers same-day deliveries in Atlanta, Austin Charlotte Miami and Nashville.

Somia Silber, Chief Executive Officer of Edible Brands stated in a recent press release that “delivering meaningful experiences to consumers has been core to the business.” “We’re not just simplifying access—we’re shaping how consumers engage with this category as it becomes mainstream.”

She said, “The success and demand of Edibles.com shows the need for trustworthy leadership. We’re proud that we are setting this standard with our expertise in national operations.”

Hemp delivery was launched by the company with Wana’s products. Since then, it has partnered up with Wyld Confections and Kiva Confections, two cannabis companies.

Thomas Winstanley said that the expansion was a reflection of Edibles.com’s commitment to providing hemp-THC product lines which are safe, reliable, easy to use and accessible to consumers as their demand grows. “By curating category leaders across diverse use cases, we’re simplifying the choices for consumers and giving them confidence in what they’re buying—delivered how and where they want it.”

He said that consumers can shop at www.edibles.com by brand, category or result, including Sleep, Relax and Uplift. “Depending on their location, the site automatically selects the fastest fulfillment route—whether national shipping or same-day delivery—ensuring a seamless shopping experience for both first-time buyers and returning customers.”

The expansion comes at a key time, with states across the country—as well as in Congress—contemplating the future of hemp policy as the intoxicating cannabinoid market has proliferated.

Texas, the home state of Edibles.com and its flagstaff, failed to pass proposed legislation which would have likely affected business for Edibles.com. The bill included a proposal banning hemp products that contained any amount of THC. Since then, the governor signed an executive directive to establish age restrictions and labeling standards for hemp sales.

A GOP U.S. senator separately said recently that if Congress moves forward with a proposal to ban hemp products with any amount of THC at the federal level, nobody is going to buy the remaining CBD preparations—in large part because “even a little bit” of the intoxicating cannabinoid makes an important difference for health effects.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said last month that he has plans to meet with House lawmakers to “reach a compromise” on an approach to regulate hemp in light of his opposition to the THC proposal.

Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD), who championed a hemp THC ban in his chamber version of the agriculture spending legislation, told MEDCAN24 that he wasn’t concerned about any potential opposition to the hemp ban in the Senate—and he also disputed reports about the scope of what his legislation would do to the industry.

The Congressional Research Service (CRS) released a report in June stating that the legislation would “effectively” prohibit hemp-derived cannabinoid products. The CRS originally stated that a similar ban would also prevent the sale CBD, but for unknown reasons the report has been updated to remove that specific language.
