Super Lemon Haze inspired me to make a green chili salsa that was medicated with Super Lemon Haze after I visited a little Mexican place in Golden Colorado. This strain brings out the wonderful citrus notes that bring out the spicy flavors of green chile. You can enjoy this by itself, with fresh chips and guacamole. The roasted green chile salsa is great on burritos. You can add a little to quesadillas. Add a teaspoonful of it into pork chili. This roasted green salsa, whether microdosed for the light eaters or a heavy dose to satisfy those who are more seasoned will make a tasty Super Bowl hit.
Mise en place:
2 Cups Roasted green chiles, diced
The weight of 1 gram is equal to approximately 1. Super Lemon Haze in 1 oz olive oil
1/4 cup Sweet onion dice
1/4 cup Tomatillo diced
¼ cup Minced cilantro
14 teaspoon turbinado cane sugar
2 diced jalapeño peppers
One tablespoon Lime juice

Dosage:
The gram cannabis that tests 20 percent THC would equal 200mg. If you add 1 gram of cannabis to the recipe, it will contain 200mg. As an example, you can add 1/2 a grams instead of 1gram. Add more cannabis to your liking. You can adjust the dose to give your guests the best experience. You should cater to the guests. Some people like micro doses and others prefer heavy hits.
The Best Strains to Use
Citrusy, lime or lemon terpenes are my favorite. You could also use alternative strains. Key Lime Pie Lemon Kush Lemon Skunk. Do not worry if you don’t have these strains! You can add a strain with flavors that are similar to or complement the other ingredients. Allow your taste and nose to guide you. Enjoy yourself and play around.
