Wraps make for a quick meal that is versatile. You can stuff a variety of foods into a pillowy soft wrap to satisfy your stomach.
In this round, I made a vegetarian Greek gyro in a bistro style. Instead of roasting meat, I used hummus. NYC Diesel goes well with Greek dishes, bringing a deep earthy citrus taste with subtle sweetness.
It is the perfect sandwich for health-conscious people or anyone on the run who needs a quick, nutritious meal that has a bit of sativa zest.
