The Licensing process and expectations

OCM currently reviews applications to make sure they meet the minimum requirements. Applicants seeking licenses with no statutory caps—like microbusiness, wholesaler, and delivery service licenses—can proceed once approved. The lotteries for the license types that have limited availability are scheduled tentatively in May or June.

As the OCM reviews applications, some may not meet qualifications or withdraw.
